To be honest, we kinda started beYOUmag.com and beYOU.tv for us - we’re curious people. We wanted to know things, like how to live more fulfilling lives, how to become greener and how we could be more healthy in the process. Then we realized, hey, this is some good stuff here. We should share this with other people. We’re big believers in sharing.

Our contributing editorial team has grown to include certified yogis, PhDs, licensed acupuncturists, ACE certified instructors and pre/post natal experts among others. And the team keeps expanding.
