Armand Tecco, M. Ed., Boomer-Living director, CBLC (Certified BoomerLiving®Consultant, is co-founder and President of HealthEase Inc. Armand has more than 25 years of experience in the health & fitness industry. His company HealthEase manages on-site fitness facilities for companies throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. His services include fitness staffing, exercise training and instruction, wellness promotion, participant motivation and retention, tracking progress and measuring success, and health & fitness education through events such as seminars and health fairs. He also serves as a consultant for the design, layout, and equipment selection for fitness facilities ranging from the commercial and corporate sectors to the public and institutional sectors. In addition to personally training thousands of individuals, Armand serves as a public speaker on fitness topics. Formerly the fitness expert on www.drkoop.com, he does exercise segments for a Comcast Television network show. Armand has a bachelor’s degree in Fitness Management, a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, and several professional certifications.
